Shipping and Returns

How we ship

In-stock orders are shipped in 2-3 business days.  Shipping is
based on weight of the order, or calculated by USPS based on weight.  
Standard shipping rates start at $5.95, and USPS rates are calculated
at check-out based on weight.  First Class Package, Priority Mail,
and Priority Mail Express are available at checkout
in addition to the standard shipping rates.

Returns

We want you to LOVE your purchase!
If you aren't completely satisfied with you purchase, you are able to return qualifying item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days from your ship date.
Send an e-mail to us over at: info@conservatrice.com ,
and we'll help walk you through the process.  
Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer
you a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be:
-unworn and in new condition
-in their original packaging
-sale items and personalized/health/beauty items are FINAL SALE

To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an
email at info@conservatrice.com to find out if an exchange is available.

Please note:  All refunds and exchanges are subject to approval,
so please please e-mail us before mailing anything to the above address.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an expensive, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to help guarantee successful arrival of the package.
